BOOT CAMP FitnessTM [Certified Instruction] 60 min Class
Camp Fitness is designed to push each individual to their level best.
It brings a great team concept to life as you will grow to depend on your
Boot camp class mate to do their best.  You will lose weight, conquer
exercises, and learn more about yourself with each class.  So if you have
ever felt the need that your workout have been boring or just don't know what
to do, then BOOT CAMP Fitness TM is for You!
 
 
 
Strength/Toning FitnessTM
If you like Body Pump you will love Strength/Toning FitnessTM.
We focus on the Strengthening and Toning the total body through a
Series of resistance training exercises set to the pace of choreographed
motivational music.  Learn proper lifting form, have fun, and be ready
to experience having a new body!
 
 
 

          Intro to CORE FitnessTM

          This is an introductory fitness class designed to teach

          individuals how to perform core exercises.  What is Core?

When someone talks about the core, they're referring to all of the muscles that deep within the abs and back, attaching to the spine or pelvis. Some of these muscles include the transversus abdominis (TVA), the muscles of the pelvic floor, the lats and the obliques, just to name a few. These muscles are where movement originates and it's also the source of our stability. Whether you're running, lifting weights or picking up your toddler, these 'core' muscles help your body become stable and balanced. This is training the body as a whole
